At Faya Silk Élégance, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our updated return policy below:

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

As per Dutch and European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

The 14-day period starts the day after you receive the product.

To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (via email) within 14 days.

1.3 Return Shipping

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your product. 

2. Conditions for returns

The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and have all original tags and labels still attached. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but if the product has been used or damaged, we will not accept the return or issue a refund.

2.2 Exclusions

Some products are non-returnable, such as customized items or products that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed.

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Outbound Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3.2 Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you decide to return the product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Reporting defects or incorrect deliveries

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery via email at support@fayasilkelegance.com with:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

We will assess the situation and provide return instructions. If applicable, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. For more information about returning defective or incorrect items, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size), please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

5.2 You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your product.

5.3 The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5.4 Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, unused, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging, we will process the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply for sending the replacement item.

6. Refund process

6.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

6.2 Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
